In the Tropenmuseum during the weekend children from 4 years and older can make their own African bracelet or necklace with selfmade beads. Nice and colorful, made of rolled-up strips cut from magazines, folders and newspapers.

Indian masterpiece: latest acquisition of the Tropenmuseum
With the support of the BankGiro Loterij the Tropenmuseum is to purchase a unique Indian masterpiece during the opening of TEFAF Maastricht: a bronze statue of the deity Aiyanar. You can view the bronze statue from April in the Tropenmuseum.
